Resep :9 Alkaline DUMPLINGS Zhongzi KEE Chang /kwe cang /ki cang

Bahan:
250 g beras ketan pilihan
1-3 SDM Alkaline water /Lye water /air abu
(saya pakai 2 SDM )
500 ml air rendaman
1 SDM minyak goreng

isian :filling
Red Bean paste besar takaran 1/2 SDM
Resep tersedia video red Bean paste

Daun bambu secukupnya

saus gula merah :

100 g gula merah
1/4 sdt garam
250 ml air
50 g gula pasir
75 ml Santan kental
2,5 SDM maizena
air cairkan Maizena secukupnya

Material:
250 g sticky rice of choice
1-3 Tbsp Alkaline water / Lye water / ash water
(I use 2 HR)
500 ml soaking water
1 tablespoon cooking oil

filling :filling
Red Bean paste measures 1/2 tbsp
Red Bean paste video recipe available

Bamboo leaves to taste

brown sugar sauce:

100 g brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
250 ml water
50 g granulated sugar
75 ml thick coconut milk
2.5 Tbsp cornstarch
melt enough water with cornstarch
