Hai semuanya Fecaris lovers ,hari ini saya bagikan resep terbaik dan enak chiffon cake ubi ungu
tanpa ektrak rasanya super enak dan sehat pastinya
Bagi saudara dan teman teman yang suka ubi ungu boleh coba resep ini !!pasti anda suka !!

Resep ubi ungu dengan loyang chiffon besar 24cm
masa tahan cake ini ruang suhu max 1 hari
masa tahan simpan kulkas 5 hari


Bahan:
9 Putih telur segar dan besar
115 g gula pasir (ini cukup karena ubi ungu manis )
340 g Ubi ungu di rebus lebih lembut dan haluskan
9 kuning telur
150 g murni Santan kental segar tanpa air (bukan instan)
100 g Minyak goreng
15 g Maizena
1 Sdt Vanilla bubuk
1/2 Sdt garam
25 g Susu bubuk full cream
150 gTepung serbaguna /cake
Pewarna makanan ungu (optional )

Purple sweet potato recipe in a large 24cm chiffon pan
The maximum shelf life of this cake at room temperature is 1 day
Refrigerator shelf life is 5 days


Material:
9 Fresh, large egg whites
115 g granulated sugar (this is enough because purple sweet potatoes are sweet)
340 g purple sweet potatoes, boiled more gently and mashed
9 egg yolks
150 g pure fresh thick coconut milk without water (not instant)
100 g Cooking oil
15 g Cornstarch
1 Tsp Vanilla powder
1/2 Tsp salt
25 g Full cream powdered milk
150 g All-purpose /cake flour
Purple food coloring (optional)

1/2 茶匙 盐
25 克 全脂奶粉
150 克 通用/蛋糕粉
紫色食用色素(可选)
