Mari kita buat puding cendol , puding kekinian !!

Bahannya :
Cendol
2 bks tepung cendol siap saji (dapat 1300 g saya pakai 450 g sisanya buat minuman cendol dawet )
1000 ml air

Puding cendol :
450 g Cendol (anda bisa beli jadian atau buat sendiri sesuai resep ‪@fecariskitchen‬ link video saya lampirkan di bawah ini 👇
1 bks (7 g ) agar agar swallow putih
1sdm maizena
125 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
400 ml santan
400 ml air
2 lembar daun pandan

Puding gula merah:
100 g gula merah /aren
400 ml air
25 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
2 lembar daun pandan
1 bks (7 g ) agar agar swallow
1 sdm maizena
400 ml santan
2 lembar daun pandan
2 butir telur
