KETAN MANGGA /THAI MANGO STICKY RICE RECIPE -RICE COOKER #thaifood ‎@fecariskitchen 

Selamat datang dan mari kita buat dessert ketan mangga Thai food ‼️ Cara mudah dan enak ‼️🤗😍♥️

Bahan:
500 g beras ketan kalau kukus rendam 2- 3 jam
Air 550 ml Masak rice cooker
Air 1100 ml (saya masak low sugar cooker )
setelah masak campur santan
225 ml santan kental
50 ml santan kental instan (optional bila santan anda cukup kental 275ml )
1/2 sdt garam
100 g gula ( saya kurangi manis )
2 lembar daun pandan

Isian :
1 buah mangga besar manis

Topping : 1 Saus santan
300ml santan kental
30 g gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt vanilla ektrak
2 lembar daun pandan

Topping 2: rasa gurih dan renyah
3 Sdm kacang halus sangrai

Ingredients :
500 g sticky rice, if steamed, soak for 2-3 hours
Water 550 ml Cook in rice cooker
1100 ml water (I cook in a low sugar cooker)
after cooking, mix in coconut milk
225 ml thick coconut milk
50 ml instant thick coconut milk (optional if your coconut milk is thick enough 275ml)
1/2 tsp salt
100 g sugar (I reduced the sweetness)
2 pandan leaves

Filling:
1 large sweet mango

Toppings: 1 Coconut milk sauce
300ml thick coconut milk
30 g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 pandan leaves

Topping 2: savory and crunchy taste
3 Tbsp finely roasted peanuts

填充:
1个大甜芒果

配料:椰奶酱1个
300毫升浓椰奶
30 克 砂糖
1/2 茶匙 盐
1/2 茶匙 香草精
2片香兰叶

配料2:香脆可口
3 汤匙 烤熟的花生
