My daughter was diagnosed with OCD as a child, and even though I was a nurse, it was very difficult to find a doctor who knew how to treat it. It took me 2 years to find a professional who actually knew how to treat it properly. Its a cruel illness. To have it undiagnosed, untreated and ignored for decades was abuse.

It boils my piss that medical institutions are doing this. It doesn't take a trained psychologist to see this poor fella had some severe mental health issues - anybody who OK'd the procedure was at best negligent, and at worst just pure evil.
