i didn't realize it until this video, but the fnaf rumors and hoaxes scene reminds me a TON of how the pokemon fandom used to be in the early days. people totally swearing all you have to do is go to a specific place in this specific game and do very specific actions and you'll get a pokemon god or a super special item or a golden freddy that attacks you irl. faked screenshots, inventing entirely new characters for the purposes of making up rumors about them, misunderstanding stuff from trailers or press releases... it's all very nostalgic lmao

You missed the few image hoaxes from SB, one of which had a weird dark human-like figure with tentacles coming from his back, slender man style Edit: If you search "FNaF sb leaked teasers" and scroll through the images a bit you'll see what I'm talking about. It's in a pink hallway at a Dutch angle and the figure has glowing eyes. There's also one with a fanmade puppet design in some sort of strange rock formation
