    I’m in heart failure and I’m trying to start working out to get healthier. I could only make it two minutes into the video. 😭 I’ve been pausing it and then continuing it after I catch my breath and don’t feel light headed. Each day is a journey, but hopefully someday, I can make it through the whole video without pausing ❤

    I absolutely love this woman's teaching style. I am uncoordinated and get board easily, and her clear instructions and "No-Repeat" workouts (I absolutely HATE doing the same set for multiple reps) make working out so much more enjoyable.     Short and effective. My heart rate actually peaked at some point! I recommend this workout for those days when you are pressed for time but need to get work done. ✌
