I’m in heart failure and I’m trying to start working out to get healthier. I could only make it two minutes into the video. 😭 I’ve been pausing it and then continuing it after I catch my breath and don’t feel light headed. Each day is a journey, but hopefully someday, I can make it through the whole video without pausing ❤

I absolutely love this woman's teaching style. I am uncoordinated and get board easily, and her clear instructions and "No-Repeat" workouts (I absolutely HATE doing the same set for multiple reps) make working out so much more enjoyable. I feel I am rediscovering the joy of moving my body and the right instructor makes ALL the difference. Thank you and keep the standing/no-repeat workouts coming! And I love the background music!🥰

Please do another one like this! I do this video at least 3 times a week. It’s so perfect 🤩. I would looove another one to add to the rotation. Normally I get sick of videos but not this one. I’ve done it like 50 times! Please 😂 and thank you 🙏🏻. Love your content!!

Short and effective. My heart rate actually peaked at some point! I recommend this workout for those days when you are pressed for time but need to get work done. ✌
