Thank you so much for this. I suffer from anxiety and depression and working out is a struggle but this workout is something else. I managed to do almost the whole thing and I felt amazing the whole time and that feeling was still there even afterwards. Its simple and easy and I can definitely see myself doing this every morning❤

Hi Mik, I'm a 59 yr old male living in South America. I teach English via Zoom 6-8 hours a day plus admin time... so I'm sitting too much. I had been doing my own cardio to music but I decided today that I should find a guided 20 min cardio routine to do between classes. So, here I am. Thanks a million... and since I suffer from hip and knee problems, this is just what I needed.

This one is dangerous. Dangerous side effects include: feeling powerful, gaining confidence, smiling for no reason, and sweating your buns off. Love it.

I loved it. It was a good one for the days you MUST workout out but don’t want to. And, it’s a kinda like a recovery cardio workout.

This is such a great quick workout for those days I don't have a lot of time. It warms you up gets you energized and just makes you feel good :) Love it!

This has become my go-to cardio workout. The first time I did it, I was wondering, since I'm 72, if I'd be able to finish it or have to call 911. I blew through it the first time and now do it every other day. I alternate with total gym. Great video, Mik!

This workout is really good for people who can't lunge or squat and perhaps have joint issues, like me. Also like that it's only 20 minutes but non-stop moving! Keep bringing them on please! Thank-you!
