Does anyone else feel the need to watch LOTR every single year?
  • @user-wd7mg7js4h
Our family not only watches it every year, we eat like hobbits as we re-watch. Breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, luncheon, tea, dinner, and supper. 🥧

Thank you for this, my dad would listen to this exact video very often. We're playing it for him now in hospice while he's unresponsive to comfort him while we wait for him to journey to the west.
  • I don't know how to thank the great J.R.R. Tolkien for creating such an amazing world, and to Peter Jackson for having the passion to turn it into such fantastic movies, and to Howard Shore for composing such breathtaking soundtracks that literally take you directly to the middle earth. The words are not enough really. This is the closest thing to a perfection I've ever experienced.

Still jamming to this in 2023. I believe nothing will ever beat LOTR. Such a masterpiece. The Mona Lisa of trilogies and movies.
  • 20 years later, and i still cant believe humanity managed to creats something so out of this world amazing . This trilogy will always go down as one of the greatest artistic achievments in human history.

“I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo. "So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.”
