Stress hormones are important in plaque formation and are symptomatic of our lifestyles which are inflicted on us by politicians.
  • Thank you so much for this, very interesting! What about vitamin K2 supplementation in order to reverse calcification of plaque?

Thank you doctors for this important segment. Learned a lot

    Very informative. Thanks!

    VERY HELPFUL..EASY TO UNDERSTAND.

The k2 studies do show it going down for some people. Fasting will also do it if you do it long enough, but the people who need it most will have the most issue.
  • I cannot tolerate statins or the newer injections after the insertion of a stent after a weird heart attack with no pain Massive stress precipitated the attack. We need more research on other factors causing calcification of arteries and it’s reversal. Drug companies are fixated on cholesterol. This has to change.
  • D3 (10,000 u) with K 2, mk7( 300 mg) brought my ccs down from 5550 to 27💖💖💖

Would vitamin K2 supplementation help with the calcified arteries? Or would that just help keep it from getting worse?
  • What about lowering insulin that causes damage/cracking to the a arteries, which the dense LDL fills? The fluffy LDL is good and should NOT be reduced and statins impact only the fluffy LDL, not the small dense LDL. Insulin is the culprit NOT LDL.

You can remove all plaque through prolonged starvation, but having the willpower to do it is rare. This was discovered when people trapped in war zones during WW2 had to survive on little to no food.

LDL doesn't equal plaque. Inflammation and a lack of LDL reuptake causes it. Why are you people still banging on about a thoroughly debunked theory?
  • Wonder if resevetrol and nad+ the anti aging molecules have any role in reversing plaque

UPDATE; I lowered my bad cholesterol to 55 trough a better diet. I am on 20mg Pravastatin too. Thanks for the advice.

I think the takeaway here is like the Dr said you cant make your skin look like you're 20 when you're 50 or 60 or your hair like it was when you were 20. Some new age people seem to think otherwise😂 The statement about stress is important not only for our own wellbeing but of those around us as well

How’s bout complimentary arteries I grew some in my leg I’ve seen the angiogram pitcures the surgeon said “ you didn’t have these before” it took 2 years if I can do it you can do it also

If below 80 is a target and below 60 is another target, what's the minimum level of LDL-C which is compatible with life? What are the corresponding ABO-B and Lp(a) levels for LDL-C at 80 & 60 and this other level?
