This lecture is centered around Coronary Artery Disease in South Asians, but most of this information applies to everyone. Understanding the links between heart disease and our diet, genetics, hormones, and gut bacteria is so important. It was great to partner with the Indian American Business Association with our first Heart Health Event together. We hosted it here at Cardiovascular Interventions and provided members with tours of our facility then ended the night with this lecture.

  • As a nurse I would love to work with a doctor who gives patients the right advice… it’s frustrating when you are always chasing problems instead of preventing them
  • This has saved my life! This is the way! I'm living proof. I started my journey in April of 2020 at 400 lbs and extreme metabolic syndrome. My metabolic age was over 70 in my 30's. I was dying. Very low quality of life. So much agony. My Dr was at a loss as to what to do for me. This morning, my weight is 179.4. My metabolic age has reversed to 51 at 46. All of my ailments have just gone away. I'm in day 3 of a full fast for the first time. I feel amazing. This is the human diet. Grass-fed grass-finished meats. True, free-range chickens and eggs. Full fat dairy and vegetables. One meal a day. But I eat very little because I'm in a pretty constant state of satiety. Start today! Good luck!

  • It is funny how my doctors I am seeing are telling me not to believe everything I see on the internet! It is doctors like this and many others on-line that have guided me to get results! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • I started IF (intermittent fasting) on Sunday 11/6 and have survived 17-18 hour fasts everyday since. Skipping my sugary breakfast was so easy I’m not even hungry or hangry as Dr says… his videos are the most informative I’ve seen. My goal is to get off BP meds
  • @bonypp
This doctor is so clear in his knowledge and explanation but I’m surprised he’s got less subscribers then the other You tubers who are not even as qualified in his field. Thank you doctor . God bless .
  • I am a physician and I really enjoyed your detailed explanation. Thank you for taking time to provide evidence based information for preventative care 🙏

  • 315 pounds down 45 pounds since 2/15/22 6.0 A1c down to 5.4 normalized blood sugar and blood pressure arthritis diminished Brian fog cleared energy levels increased as did my testosterone and Vd3. Exercise went from walking 10 mins after each meal to over a mile each day along with weight lifting and strength training….. Life has improved tremendously and my desire to do more is abundantly welcomed. 60 years old and never felt so good. Love this man and he speaks truth to all of us. You can do this just choose this day. ❤️
  • @BrowncoatBlue
I found this guy right before Christmas last year. Started following his advice for new years this year. 6 months tomorrow. Down 70 lbs and all my numbers improved beyond my doc's comprehension! Updated now to September. Now 80# down😋 December update, down 90! February update, Still holding at about 90lbs down, and I think this is where my body wants to be. Not surprising, because I'm now only about 20lbs heavier now than when I was in peak form as an athlete. I'm guessing if I wanted to get back to that peak, I'd need to finally hit the gym 🤣. Might also try a longer extended fast, like a 10 day. If after that my body returns to where I'm at now, I'll know for sure I'm in the sweet spot 👍.
  • @MsSallyBeth
You are the most amazing and truthful doctor I know! I am an RN. If only all doctors talked of diet and fasting as a fix it would be wonderful! I love homeopathic medicine. Some doctors look at me like I am crazy!Thank you so much for all of your presentations! God Bless you!
  • The best cardiac doctor in the nation right here! I would pay to have this guy as my primary doctor in a minute!!!
