Always believed eliminating tributaries to the lake would eventually be problematic.

The streets are pretty much built to flood here in this city lol. Lots of depressions in the road where literal pools form in softer rains.

I live downtown and thankfully work from home. I knew it was raining but I had no idea it was this bad. Fortunately we never lost power!! I also had one client cancel a visit because she was still stuck in the floods...
