My mother was from Europe, Old Country and she made soup so tasty it was to die for. Unknowns to me, it was bone broth with a little meat or chicken. She put everything in one big pot with water, veggies & spices & cooked it on lowest heat for appx 4-6 hrs. I attribute our health to her, all natural food ....we never ate food from a can and, or, fast food. I'm 74 yrs young and take no meds! God is good!

From tomorrow I’ll only live on fresh air and love.

We have beef bone broth with potato, cabbage and garlic on rainy season in Philippines. My grandma lived to be almost 91! Bone broth is healthy. Our meat is always fresh not frozen.
  • I buy 5 kgs of beef bones, roast them then soak them in water with a cup pf ACV for an hour. Bring the huge pot to a boil then turn it to its lowest setting and let it bubble away for 48 hours. Been doing that for several years. Not dead yet! Turned 70 last birthday. Had a mug of it tonight, will have another mug tomorrow and so on. Sorry Doc, I don't buy this one size fits all. Different horses for different courses. BB works for me and I love it.

My dad was a General Practitioner for 54 years. He read one of Dr. Blaylock's books, and then absolutely devoured everything else he wrote. He dedicated the last 15 years of his practice to prevention of illness. He began enacting the principles of Dr. Blaylock's research into the education of his patients. He retired in 2006. The other doctors thought he was crazy. All of it is now standard practice. He was just ahead of his time.
  • Bone broth or chicken soup is traditional Polish Sunday's dinner , if you go to my country you hardly see fat people because we eat homemade food and soups almost everyday xx
  • Strange. all my relatives lived to over 90 and made bone and chicken broth always.
  • BONE BROTH IN SOUP saved my life when I had tears in the muscles in my abdomen and foot and couldn't EAT ANYTHING OR SWALLOW PILLS FROM THE PAIN.

His skin looks amazing, no deep wrinkles at all. I would thank all the bone broths he had. Weather he liked them or not.
  • My mom also made bone broth soups. We didn't get much meat because we were very poor but my mom made everything taste very good.

Vietnamese are well known for their bone broth. My mom uses a lot of different beef, chicken, and pork bones to make the delicious soup Pho. It's so delicious and healthy for you.
  • I don't listen to this Doctor really because he talks to much to get to the point. I love bone broth, and will keep taking it. I do feel better right away when I have a bone soup

Physionic channel recently pointed out that collagen isn't necessarily completely broken down to base aminos during digestion - valuable complex molecules are preserved.

I have been making and taking bone broth for about a year, I found that my hair become thicker and I have less illness. I had covid in the beginning of the year but I was able to recovering within days with no bad sympton.

I have come to the conclusion that my grandmother was correct. Eat a little bit of all gods foods. Dont waste any part of an animal. Eat a rainbow of colors in each meal. Water fast regularly. Learn to be grateful. Everyone is trying to live longer as if they are not going to die anyway forgetting to focus on living better and happier.

I believe BB is very good for health. I make it every week in my slow cooker. Organic chicken drumsticks, vegetables, (carrots, celery, red peppers, whatever I have in my fridge) dried rosmary, parsley, thyme and a whole garlic. I cook it for eight hours. I have a cup every day!😊
  • I only have one meal a day. food so expensive especially when you only eat good real food. so broth helps me get in extra good quality protein
  • I don’t care if meat ages us or not, I’m going to eat it. We can’t live forever.
  • @mandandi
No one absorbs a complete protein. All protein is broken down in amino acids, and rebuilt into what the body needs. So, plentiful amino acids provide the body with all it needs. So, if you lack collagen, and there are plentiful amino acids around, then the collagen will be rebuilt. Provide the body with other things too - sulphur, copper etc, that make up collagen. You will be fine.
