    We cannot possibly take EVERY supplement that comes down the pike. Which would be better -- Spirulina or Moringa? Perhaps you should do a video ranking supplements in order of importance.
  • I've taken lots of supplements over the years, and spirulina is by far the best for decreasing inflammation and pain. I bought the powder and was having some trouble drinking it mixed with water, so I experimented and found the best thing for me...2 tsp in a blender with one cup macadamia nut milk, a little vanilla and stevia..THIS IS A WINNER. It's even better with a couple frozen strawberries or a chunk of frozen banana if you can tolerate carbs.

    I was so excited to start taking Spirulina after watching this video. I bought it right away and start taking it following suggested dose. Unfortunately not only I didn't see any improvement/changes on my glucose numbers, but also I started having noseblees. But I didn't want to stop right away I was still hoping it would start working for lowering my glucose if I kept taking longer. But then I started having insomnia. So I started taking reduced dose. Nosebleeds stopped with lower dose, but insomnia got worsen, then sleep apnea... Glucose stayed the same, sometimes even higher than before started taking Spirulina, I'm guessing it was because sleep issue. So I stopped taking Spirulina and now I'm having better sleep. I'm happy for the people that Spirulina is working well to lower glucose level, unfortunately not for me. I just wanted to share my experience here, so that people would know people's good and bad experiences both.

    Spirulina definitely made a difference in my blood sugar levels, blood pressure and allergies! I love the stuff! Iโ€™d being taking for several months before seeing this, so I was happy to hear that what I experienced is what spirulina is known to do.
