Snow in June?! What the hell?! Yes, you read that right! This song is indeed an original song about a June snowstorm. Something like this stretches the bounds of believability to the point you expect it to be about a June snowfall in the southern hemisphere, but nope, this original composition is about this surprise snowstorm in early June in the northern hemisphere, and right here in Pennsylvania! It's such a weird event it almost counts as a special for the southern hemisphere users, but it's set in the usual location, snow in April is not that surprising, the May snowfall raised eyebrows, but this should be the most surprising weather news I've shared. This piece is meant to capture the unique and unexplainable feel of getting snow in what should be almost the summer, hence the surreal keyboard sound. This composition takes the odd feel of the late season snow songs, including the one in mid-May last year, to the next level. Some may find it shitty as hell to get snow in June, but there's beauty to it. This is weird but not as weird as the June 10, 1913 snowfall in Somerset, Pennsylvania, it dropped to 20 degrees Fahrenheit, three inches of dry powdery snow fell, there's even old photos of people sweeping the snow off their front porches with brooms. Snow in June is already weird, but a dry powdery snow would be big news even in Alaska. Another update with this is in Victoria's life, we get to learn something she discovered about herself. She has a very common and misunderstood disorder, albeit a mild form of it. And so, this is kind of both a seasonal soundscape and a novelty song. Hope that you enjoy this! It's not so much about raising awareness but helping a loved one.
