NEW Tesla Model Y - Buy Now or Wait?

I'm waiting until I can afford it. Tesla will definitely be my next vehicle. I'm not sure which model I will be getting.

Holding off for the new Y for better suspension and quieter cabin.

I just picked my 2024 model Y up, and I'm thoroughly impressed. It took a bit of getting used to the regressive braking, but it's a pretty incredible experience driving once you get going.

Waiting for the Juniper. Better suspension, battery with over 400 mile range. Blind spot warning hopefully. Maybe HUD?

I drive model y in UAE and one problem I face is that the sun roof is absorbing too much heat due to constant sun light. Even after installing the shade, the dark glass sun roof attracts an trap the heat; however, if there is some kind of technological improvement like reflective impregnated metal into the glass to reduce the incoming sun rays, it would make the car ceiling more comfortable. I tried to put this comment in Tesla’s website but I don’t know if it went through. I’d appreciate if you pass this information along. Thank you 😊

I'm in Europe and I can't see the refresh model next year going below 45.000 euros. We currently get 5k green rebate only until the end of this year and Tesla are clearing stock at 40K. So 35K all in for the base model. or 45K next yer for a refined model..........

I was so very close to upgrading my 2022 model 3 to the model Y but seeing this I will spend my day having a closer look at the model 3 performance.

It would be great to see .99% in Canada. I would buy a current MYLR if they did.

I have a 2018 M3. I waited 18 months and in those 18 months the 3 just kept getting better so with Tesla the wait can be good. I am still going to wait for the Juniper. Im hoping for a Longer Range / and or faster charging. The new battery makers like CATL & now Gotion anything is possible plus better suspension and less road noise is worth the wait.

I ordered at the tail end of the .99 financing offer and currently still waiting for a VIN assignment/firm delivery date. A little frustrated and mostly nervous about ensuring I will still get the .99 interest rate... but I would LOVE if that ended up with getting a slightly refreshed version that swapped out the wood panels and added the interior light strip. Either way, can't wait to get my first Tesla!!

I have a 22 M3SR and love my car. I was thinking about a MY, but I got screwed after buying my car, and the price dropped, AND they approved the tax credit 😤. Needles to say, I owe more on my car than it's worth, so I'll wait. I'll make her look new after her bday in September, so I'm good. I can wait 😊

I recently leased a Hyundai Ioniq 5 on very favorable terms for two years. And the 2024 Model 3 Performance will arrive in two days. When the Ioniq's lease ends in two years, it might be a good idea to consider buying a new Model Y then.
