My content is film reviews where I discuss how a movie could have been rewritten to be more enjoyable and entertaining. The copyright clips are used for visual aide to further my point about the film. My content is also adding new meaning to the original clip, by using the same visuals within a different storytelling context I am proving my point about the film, and thus teaching viewers about storytelling and the art of filmmaking. All of these descriptions fall under the definition of Fair Use, as that is defined in Chapter 1, Section 107 of the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17). This section states "the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright." My content can be classified as criticism, commentary, transformative, and educational, and therefore is considered Fair Use of the copyrighted content.

  • @anubusx
The Lizard: Martha, Why did you say that name? Peter: She's your wife.

One of my favorite scenes in the movie is when Peter goes to school after Ben’s death and Flash tries to say his condolences and Peter loses it. Then I love how Gwen gives him a hug. Idk why but I love that scene. I also love when peter is fighting the police force and he turns his face very angrily.

I’m SO overjoyed that someone else liked that Peter isn’t a do-gooder dweeb that immediately and unrealistically learns his lesson in responsibility. He’s a teenager. Teenagers are selfish and make mistakes before learning from them. Andrew was absolutely exceptional. His characterisation develops beautifully. The bridge scene is just perfect Spider-Man depiction and the perfect time to THEN learn responsibility. Not straight away, but after he does something for the sake of someone else out of lack of choice to do so, morally.

I really hate when people say hes not a nerd. Yet if hes like Tobey he gets called out for being unoriginal.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I’M SUBSCRIBED TO UR CHANNEL

There actually were scenes with Connor's family but they ended up on the cutting room floor. One of those scenes was with his son and it was about him being very awkward with his one arm, needing help from his boy, being unable to to hug him "properly", all that stuff.

I really like the effects on spidey in TASM movies, the poses are more dinamic and the cgi is not that visible, no like the MCU Spidey that not get me wrong is fun but damn the suit is 100% cgi most of the time and it sure look like it

    Can't wait!! But please make a spider-man 3 rewrite?
  • @TheJazzGuy75
Finally!! Someone understands how they wrote Peter to be a loner in 2012. It’s so annoying, especially how everyone says he’s too good looking. I know I haven’t finished the video but I just had to praise you for it

Premieres are the worst thing to happen to YouTube.

Unpopular opinion. I like the amazing series . I know it had issues but I really did like them
  • @TheChrisHype
I like to imagine that Billy had that “Spectacular Spider-Man” face every second of screen time for the entire movie.
  • @blueturret5596
Who’s here after hearing the news that Spider-Man is officially back in the mcu?
  • @idrinkpepsi
Peter Parker: Save... Martha.. Curt: Why did you say that name!
  • Great video! The idea of Conners going out of the way for family and friends while occasionally braking moral lines could make the Lizard the perfect Spider-Man villain. The Lizard is such an underrated Spider-Man villain, and with your reasons I’m starting to love him even more.

should’ve been norman not otto. Otto was never into genetics he was into robotics
  • @iceman2080
So I have a theory abt this part (11:07). I think that Connors was trying to be the hero and test it on himself first. That way if the results come back rlly bad, it would’ve only been HIM with the issues and not the patients at that children’s hospital or whatever.

The Raimi Trilogy and the first Amazing Spiderman movie was my childhood movies
