I woke up and a light came out of my head. I felt pure love and a connection from the light to the universe after practicing this meditation one month. I saw all people from the universe and felt a deep connection to them and them to me. My whole room was lighted up when I woke up with this experience. I wonder if the light was real, and if this pure love really exist or just a consequence of the product es serotonin in the pineal gland. Why is this pure love so Depressed in this world when it feels so wonderful. Everyone should train his pineal glad. We would have paradise on earth 🥰😍🥰
