I woke up and a light came out of my head. I felt pure love and a connection from the light to the universe after practicing this meditation one month. I saw all people from the universe and felt a deep connection to them and them to me. My whole room was lighted up when I woke up with this experience. I wonder if the light was real, and if this pure love really exist or just a consequence of the product es serotonin in the pineal gland.
