My ex wife was a huge follower of seeking out spiritual awakening and finding alternative natural methods to find peace. I miss her. She taught me a lot. Unfortunately my drug addiction took over the best of me and she could no longer see the person she fell in love with. Right now I'm detoxing from heroin, up in a small house in the mountains that my sister owns. It's been so painful. But mostly mentally irritating. I found this helped quiet my mind for a little bit.

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. My 9year of granddaughter turned me onto this spiritual reset. She falls asleep with this every night she autistic and nonverbal and she finds comfort in this particular one here. Awakening is not changing who you are, but discarding who you are not.

I need to say this "out loud" for my own sake... I'm done letting others define my self-worth. I'm done letting others make me second-guess my intuition, intelligence, and competence. I'm done giving my power away. I'm done letting others make me feel inadequate and unlovable. I'm done letting others make me feel as though I cannot be trusted to make my own decisions. I'm done feeling like a broken machine that needs to be "fixed".

If ever you feel lonely, just remember that there are billions of cells inside you, that literally can't live without you ❤️

Six months ago I was totally happy and healthy; perfect sleep, a happy life. Then the travel restrictions and isolations began here (in China) and even though I had an asymptomatic case, the government rules ended up putting me into isolation for 2 1/2 months including a 10 day hospital “treatment”, in a room full of heavy smokers. As a result of the extreme stress and traumas, I now need sleeping meds and anxiety medication to live a somewhat “normal” life. Please pray, or meditate, or send positive healing power for my full healing. I have big dreams and big plans for the benefit of many people and our planet. But I need to heal. This world sometimes too sharp for me. When I feel broken I come to listen this wonderful music of Univers.
