I feel like I need to comment after every workout. They're all so good - even enjoyable. This standing workout does focus on legs/abs, but the fast pacealso keeps the heart rate up - which I love. Because I love multi-tasking. Keep 'em coming! Thank you.

What treat to wake up to another new Eleni video. She wasn’t kidding around 😁 a great workout for your legs and abs. It also had some very good balance challenges. Added in a super sweaty video and wrapped it all up with a 10 min cardio jump which I did on my rebounder, that’s always fun. A friend just shared a little something you can say to yourself when working out, try saying “I’m good at this” when you are feeling challenged. She’s right, I’ve done this before and it works 🥰.
