  • Really got my heart pumping, I felt the burn in the glutes and lower abs. There where a couple of moves that I have not done before it felt weird (I'm sure I was doing it wrong) but I improvised to my needs and it worked out nice. Thank you keep up the videos.

    First workout with you and I loved it! I loved the fun aspect of dance move. Too often its so serious and we (at least me) forget that training should be entertaining too, not just painful! I appreciated that really much!! Also, the workout its achievable! I saw so many workout who are too much difficult. I'm happy I found you!!
