Been watching your videos for the past 3 years. Thank you for teaching me Qi Gong, your video, the 30 minute morning routine is the first exposure to Qi Gong I ever had and I did it everyday for a year. The positive results I achieved encouraged me to do even more. The 8 brocades, I do that one too among other instructional videos of yours. I'm 55 and I can do 45 pushups in less than a minute. Used to take me 2 or more minutes with a few pauses when I hit 30 to get up to 50 when I was 20 years old. Now I do it straight through without stopping, I kid you not 45 pushups, sometimes in 30 to 40 seconds. Qi Gong works, period. It turns back the clock, that's exactly what it does. Life Force maintenance that's what I call it when young people ask me what the hell I'm doing. I incorporate Qi Gong with calisthenics and weight training. I do squats too, every day. Knocking on the door of life! That's what you have to do, so life doesn't forget you still are there and you ain't done yet. Not by a long shot. It's almost like praying, like meditation. Connecting with God for a moment. The Source.

You will never understand how much I appreciate you and your teaching methods. You are my absolute best friend personal trainer. I mostly use your dvds because of the wifi in my rural area. I love YouTube, too, though. You also help my elderly father. We both thank you. Sincerely. You are the real deal.

I am not reversing aging, but rejuvenating. A completely different starting point. It feels much different than always focusing on anti-aging or reverse aging. ❤
  • Thank you for the exercises and the in depth explanations of each. You picked movements which are very easy to do. I appreciate you sharing such good information. You are a GREAT teacher. I feel like I know you. Blessings to you !❤

  • Lee holden super cool brotha... without you some of us and majority of humanity could have perish in all life dimensions...let divine blessings keeps enveloping you all the time
  • Surprised to have gained more breath control during exercises, as I have COPD. And felt more energised afterwards. Thank you.
  • I’ve been practicing qigong for about 25 years, and I love discovering new exercises or new ways of doing ones I already do. These exercises look nice. Sadly, anything that is promoted as anti-aging or reversing aging is a real turnoff for me. To say something will help keep one healthy and promote wellbeing throughout their years is welcome, and more honest and accurate. To view aging as negative is unhealthy, unkind, unnatural and unhelpful.☮️☯️

Jealousy or envy is the biggest reason takes your age away from you, as an aged 120 yrs old man used to appear as in his 16th has informed (reference : Islamic stories)

Exercises are just part of the equation of slowing down aging. Rest, diet, stress control, lifestyle are many contributing factors.

  • When I first saw this video I knew this was what I was looking for. I do not want to necessarily reverse aging but I do want to find relief from numb foot and other things that come with being 81. I have seen other videos of your which give me great hope. I feel invigorated for the day after doing your workout. Your presentation is wonderful and I thank you very much for sharing your expertise.
