  • Really effective introduction to Tai Chi. No bells and whistles or over promotion just a calm and clear video.
  • I learned Tai Chi 25 years ago in Portland and wanted to regain that feeling I still remember while practicing and try to relearn. Now that I live in the countryside of Japan, there aren't any Tai Chi dojo within 85km of me. The warm up is so important and I had forgotten a lot of those, but this brought the memory back. A lot of other videos skip the warm up completely and don't explain why every moment is important and what small feelings you should be aware of, just like when you actually study from a master. This is the next best thing to taking it in person, because you are explaining it exactly how I remember. Thank you for sharing these.

After watching this video many times to get the moves down, I downloaded this as an mp3 file (audio only) and now, it's on my phone and with ear buds, I can take it outside and do my tai chi outside. It's wonderful having Master Pei in my ear while I do this!

As beginners, it is so important that we can understand the instructions given especially when lessons are not in person. We must know and listen to our bodies and you help with this. The details, patience, experience and wisdom comes through in your videos which speaks volumes to the master teaching it. I have gone through one video and look forward to infusing your teaching into my daily life. Thank you so much for taking the time to make and post your videos. I am so happy that I found you.

This came across my recommended videos. I had an on the job injury 4 years ago. After several procedures, I am now disabled. My doctors have recommended low impact or waterobics. Insurance won't cover it and I can not afford it. I am going to give this a shot and give it my best. I will update this in 3 months. I hope this will speak to someone in my same predicament.
