I've had scammers rage while I redeemed gift cards in the past, but never while on a video chat. Now we can see the look of terror on their faces while we redeem. Props to Kraken for stepping up to fight back against scams. Their team has been great to work with and proud to be partnered with them.

I am a Nigerian. This is real people. These scammers are scamming fellow Nigerians as well. It doesn't matter who you are, they must have free money to live large at your expense. Even though this is so widespread nowadays, these low life criminals from the pit of hell make up less than 0.001% of our population. Many Nigerians are hard working people
