This scammer targets grandparents extorting them for their life savings.
We were able to disrupt them for a few days and investigate some of their important bitcoin wallets leading to an exchange.
In the end, the main scammer is extremely angry, and I'm extremely satisfied.

This guy is from the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. I recognized the accent immediately when he spoke Spanish briefly. His American accent is really good, except when he gets super agitated lol

Someone tried this on my father in law. Pretended he was my husband and was hurt, in jail, and needed bail. My father in law asked why he didn't call his mother. The caller said they didn't want mom to know. My father in law answered. "She won't. She's been dead for 16 years." and hung up.
