You are so sweet Dr Lara &Mark we love you ! Its ok to feel but its not good to stay in it stuck. and repeating patterns have to be worked with sometimes feels easier to shift energy then other times. Being authentic and choosing higher vibes intentionatly its very important its huge for us. so many triggers come..many feelings thoughts are not ours so to intentionatly ask God and create shield of protection its needed for us. why is that the ,, bad guys,, are curagous going forward and the ,, good ones ,, are having all this issues of sadness lower emotions seeing all suffering and finds harder to go forward? working on energy working on clearing holding on trusting in Divine.
