After a little time to think about all that was said in Elon's presentation last week, and running over many questions you all had for me, there is actually a lot to dive into. SpaceX's Announced Starship Upgrades are Ludicrous, and Awesome! (I think everyone would agree with that). A 150 meter tall Starship stack is nearly 30 meters taller than it is right now. Crazy! We have loads today outside Starship with Axiom Mission 3, Starlink Group 7-10 and Group 6-37, Farewell to Astrobotic with this final Update, JAXA's SLIM lunar landing and power struggle, and finally, the X-59!

  • SpaceX is always fascinating, but what I'm amazed most about in this video is the massive coordination of work teams. I would love to know the details of how hundreds and hundreds of separate individual jobs interact without stepping on each other, competing for resources or causing "work stoppage"

Space x.... So amazing that we need a 20 minute summary video weekly of all the progress made each week. We could do an annual one for blue origin

Not sure on the O2 venting & fire. In a pure O2 environment, you'd be shocked at what materials can burn. At the low-pressure altitude, I assume they were counting on rapid dispersion of the vented O2. But it wasn't rapid enough
  • For someone who was there in 69 as the Apollo mission fulfilled its purpose, I have followed every little bit of the future missions into space, and all these years later, the excitement is still as strong as ever, The failures with the super heavy do not seemed to have dimmed Elon Musks enthusiasm to get the job done, and fair play to him, amongst the early failures, there is improvement and it is clearly getting better with every flight, and the technicians are learning from their mistakes each time, All I can say is, Long may it continue, and thrill the future generations of enthusiasts. Appreciate the coverage by the way,

My favorite weekly activity, Saturday morning with a cup of coffee and some Marcus House updates! I'm so glad to have found your channel (years ago now) and this community of other people that enjoy the now-chaotic news cycle of all things space and SpaceX. Thanks again Marcus, just wanted to give an extra shoutout today to you and the whole community you built, and the space community at-large. It's an exciting time to be alive and get to follow all this amazing progress with incredible detail and explanations from great people!

I just watched Axiom 3 docking at the ISS. Great to see new smiling happy faces on board. I imagine it must be exciting for the ISS crew to have some new faces onboard. It's amazing how so many people from different countries can all interact so positively in the pursuit of science and international cooperation.
  • The fire would not necessarily require an ignition source in the form of a flame. Mixtures of oxygen and fuel can be both impact and friction sensitive. There are numerous examples of fires and explosions occurring after leaking oxygen came into contact with lubricating oil or grease.

Thank you Marcus! Appreciate you and your team's efforts. Always looking forward to your updates!

Excellent video. . Shame about the lander but still quite an achievement. . Thank you MH + Team for the upload
  • these lunar landers are going to teach us so much about landing on alien surfaces. can't wait to see what they'll think of for the next design
  • @Kevin_Street
Thanks for another wonderful video! The section on the X-59 is very interesting. I see what you mean about supersonic flight being a sort of middle ground between aviation and space. It's certainly the frontier for aviation, straining airplanes to their limit just like rockets strain to enter space. Congratulations to JAXA for landing SLIM! As we've seen recently, landing on the Moon is still a hard problem, even with modern technology. They've entered an exclusive club there. Hopefully the power issue can be solved, but there's still no news about it. (In English at least.)
