Zack & Keith made it clear in their Pod episode addressing everything that they love Ariel and said she is always welcome- and by extension the Try Wives on their podcast- to continue to be there with them but they understand if she doesn't want to. I am not an avid listener of the "You Can Sit with US" Pod but I hope maybe they addressed it in a way however I can understand its different because Ariel is their friend too.

There's also a podcast on YCSWU where Ariel talks about showers and she mentions that Ned always showers twice a day and there's this awkward tension in the room because nobody says it but you know they're all thinking it.

He definitely cheated before on her and she knew and took him back just like what she did when he cheated with Alex.. Ariel stayed with Ned so she knows who she is married to and clearly just accepts it.
