I’m glad that the internet mainly focused their energy on him and supporting Ariel, but it is clear that Alex had no remorse for trashing her 10+ year relationship to sleep with her boss. I’m not saying anything personal about her, I think there was obviously a power imbalance, but based on her actions and reactions, she didn’t feel any guilt for her behavior that contributed to all of this. Especially since her ex-fiancé messaged Ned to back off after finding proof of them hooking up on a work retreat
