Hey! You can edit the schedule to avoid the dreaded “missed!”. If you go into schedule, you’ll see like a pencil next to each week number. That’s like the edit button. After pressing that, next to each day you’ll see either a “+” or a trash can. So if there’s a day you don’t want to do it on, just click trash and delete it. Then go to an off day, press the plus, and add that workout there. You can do whatever you want on whatever day.
