We've all needed that quick fix to lose 10 pounds in a week. It's hard to find effective diets to lose weight fast or finding the best diet for weight loss. However, we now have a way to answer your question of how to lose weight fast. This 3 day diet is called the Military Diet or Army Diet. It is not actually used in the Military/Army, however, it is a low calorie and healthy diet to help you lose weight in a couple of days. Half a cup of Tuna no mayonnaise Beverage 🥤 glass of water 💧 green tea 🍵 or black coffee ☕️ Seasoning 🧂 pepper garlic salt honey mustard or any low calorie or no calorie seasoning Dinner 🥘 3 ounce of any time of meat 🥩 half cup of green beans small apple 🍎 half a banana 🍌 and half a cup of ice cream 🍦 Day 2: Breakfast- Slice of whole grain or multigrain toast🍞 One whole egg hard boiled or scrambled 🥚 For scrambled eggs you can’t use milk If you’re going to fry your eggs you can’t use any types of oil and half a banana 🍌 Lunch- One cup of cottage cheese 🧀 or slice of cheddar cheese 🧀 hard boiled egg 🥚 and 5 saltine crackers Dinner- Two hotdogs no bun Meat should be baked or grilled half cup of carrots 🥕 cup of broccoli 🥦 Vegs should be boiled or steamed or eaten raw half a banana 🍌 half cup of vanilla ice cream 🍦 or a cup of apple juice 🥤 or a cup of vanilla or vanilla flavoured almond milk 🥛 Day3 : Breakfast- Five saltines crackers one slice of cheddar cheese one small apple Instead of saltine crackers you can replace each one with a rice cracker Instead of cheese you can have a piece of ham egg 🥚 cabbage 🥬 or soy cheese 🧀 green tea 🍵 or black coffee ☕️ Lunch- Whole wheat or multi grain toast hard boiled egg 🥚 or instead of egg 🥚 cup of milk 🥛 or two pieces of bacon 🥓 or 1 chicken wing Dinner- One cup of tuna half a banana 🍌 cup of vanilla ice cream 🍦 If you don’t lose the amount of weight you want take 4 day break then repeat. 30 minute walk is gonna be all you need and no snacking! ⬇️ Use me as a thank you button

    Everyone has different results. But everyone has lost weight! So I tried the diet. I lost 4 pounds in 3 days. I'm 50 years old, and going through menopause. It seem that nothing helps me lose weight. I'm celebrating the 4lbs and will go another round. 🥳

    Lost 9lbs on just 2 days… for dinner I blend the ice cream, banana, ice cubes to make a filling shake. Hits the spot.

  • I try this diet for a month and I lost 28 pounds and did it for a second month and lost 23 pounds so far 51 pounds lost in 2 months not bad ...

    It helps to do intermittent fasting too. I drink nothing but coffee or tea at eat at 12, 3, 6. If I get an urge to snack I drink water, tea, coffee. This diet does two things once you pass 3 days. You lose 10lbs. You gain confidence and understanding you have self-control of your eating habits. -Discipline

    Day 1 : Breakfast : - a piece of whole wheat or multigrain toast with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (if you’re allergic to peanut butter you could do almond butter, pumpkin butter, sunflower see butter or bean dip) - half a grapefruit -a cup of black coffee or caffeinated tea (you can’t add any sugar, or any type of cream/sugar sweetener | you could drink water instead of coffee or tea but it wouldn’t be as beneficial, or green tea is another option because it burns calories) Lunch : - a slice of whole wheat or multigrain toast (no peanut butter or any spreads) - add 1/2 cup of tuna on your plate (without any mayonnaise) - for a beverage : water, green tea or black coffee (again, no sugar sweeteners, sugar or cream) (If you want to season your food, stick to seasonings like pepper, garlic salt, honey mustard or any other low/no calorie seasonings) Dinner : - you can eat 3 ounces of any meat you prefer - add a cup of green beans on your plate - half a banana - a small apple - one cup of ice cream (optional) Day 2 : Breakfast : - a slice of whole wheat or multigrain toast with one whole egg : hard-boiled or scrambled or fried (if you scramble your eggs, no using milk and if you fry your eggs, no oils) - half a banana Lunch : - one cup of cottage cheese or a slice of cheddar cheese - a hard boiled egg - 5 saltine crackers Dinner : - 2 hot dogs (without buns and any sauces) - add half a cup of carrots - a cup of broccoli - half a banana (The veggies should be boiled, steamed or eaten raw and the meat should be baked or grilled) - half a cup of ice cream (optional) or half a cup of apple juice or vanilla or strawberry flavoured almond milk Day 3 : Breakfast : - 5 saltine crackers (if you’re tired of saltine crackers, you could have a rice cake for each cracker) - one slice of cheddar cheese (if you don’t want cheese again you can have a piece of ham, a boiled egg, cabbage or soy cheese) - a small apple - don’t forget your green tea or black coffee Lunch : - a slice of whole wheat or multigrain toast - a boiled egg (if you’re bored with the egg you can have a cup of milk, two pieces of bacon or a chicken wing Dinner : - one cup of tuna - half a banana - a cup of vanilla ice cream

  • I've lost over 20 pounds!!! I did the process over and over but I recommend to just take 4 day breaks in between the diets so you dont endanger your health

    When I was in the military, we literally ate all we wanted. We managed to lose and maintain weight. It's called regular exercise.

  • I think this is wrong because of 2 main reasons. First, even though it is technically possible to lose a few pounds in 3 days, most of which will be water and even muscle mass, and very little fat (which should be your goal). Second, this kind of diet is not suited for every individual. For example, an older 120 lbs woman does not have same caloric and nutritional needs as a 200 lbs teenage athlete. To get a personalized and sustainable diet, I suggest contacting a personal trainer or nutritionist. If you can't afford a specialist for any reason, you can get it created online. Dietarize, for example, worked fine for me, but you can search by yourself as there are many good diet assistants available nowadays.
