  • What do you struggle most with when it comes to finding your niche or building a brand?
  • Love this. I’m a nurse of 30 years. I changed careers now I’m a self love coach for women with a passion for travel. I had difficulty of choosing between coach or travel influencer. So I wrote a book. “On my own, your travel guide to finding yourself through female travel.” With the response from the book I’m now happy with my niche.

I've watched certain influencers on YouTube who did NOT niche down and were still successful. Some people subscribe to channels just because they like the person's personality in spite of the variation of content.
  • I discovered all THIS to be true the hard way. I was all over the place modeling, acting, dancing, voice work etc. I had a divinely inspired epiphany to solely focus and fashion and THAT decision to follow through led to the greatest breakthrough in my life! I traveled the working and further developing myself into a much larger “brand”, incorporating all the facets of me, that I’m still unfolding twenty years later!

I'm 45 (46 in less than a month) and I'm happy to find you here on YouTube. I've had a unique life and am searching for ways I can help others in the same or similar boat.
  • @thebikinithug
This is my number one problem picking my niche especially as I’m aging and transitioning as a woman I still want to be sexy and creative now a mom ur great love the way u break things down
  • @MarkEaster
Dolly loved this “lady” in town she dress so fancy and wore makeup, she wanted to look like her because she didn’t look like anyone else in town. Dolly took that and built upon it. We all have someone (or more) that influenced us, and we built upon it. That is where our uniqueness comes from. No argument with you, I love your content and info! (BTW I know a 25 year member of her band, she is the sweetest person in the world, but she can chew you up and spit you out in a heartbeat. As her song says “She Ain’t No Dumb Blonde.”❤️)
  • I feel like picking a niche is like picking a spouse. If you use common sense weighing important factors and put in the work, there's a very high chance that you'll have a great marriage no matter what

  • Know exactly what my purpose is and what I’m known for. Getting eyeball is what I have to figure out. Will use persistence, resilience, and unstoppable resolve. Just have to figure it out and learn from those who have done it! Thank you!
  • @KritTeekDeZigns
This makes so much sense but my problem would be finding that one single small thing that would set my brand apart. I sell handmade gifts predominantly made from wood. So my problem to solve is to find out what is memorable about my product, my brand. Great video.
  • @NakiaRN
i created my YouTube channell sharing my story of DV with hopes to inspire a woman to be strong regain her strength
  • Great stuff Chalene, i love your stand for the middle age adults, be known for one thing. I will reach out to you pretty soon from Australia💥💥💥!!!
  • @TheGoodContent37
I have this theory that the next step in influencing realm is not niching down but the opposite. In a way that's a niche, BUT is not based on a specific subject. Is based on philosophy, abstract concepts that are seen in a variety of different perhaps disconnected forms. The connecting tissue is unseen, invisible but noticed unconsciously by the followers. AI will help with this, is more complex but will be more powerful IMO. For example, a video of make up and a video of a death metal concert would be the same niché in my theory, connected by an unseen theme.
