  • This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,222 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know itā€™s not comparable with others but Iā€™m still proud I started because Iā€™ve been learning so many lessons that I could havenā€™t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

When I hit my 92nd birthday last month, I knew that it was time to try something new. Selling my artwork through the various social media sites was getting me nowhere, so I decided to settle on YouTube. At age 92, I think I can safely say that I know a thing or two about life. And since I was a TV director for 40 years, I feel that I'm producing, directing, being the talent, working camera and editing, with no add agency guys telling me that the butter is melting too fast on the ears of corn for the chicken commercial. So... thanks for the pep talk. Stop by anytime... šŸ˜Ž
  • This is great...we do have the wisdom. I am a age positivity coach at 71 I have started my own APP to help women..3rd chapter! Thanks for this!!
  • Hey beautiful lady. I am so glad that I found your channel. I'm over fifty. I was here trying to learn digital marketing and trading from these young people. But I was a bit embarrassed to participate in their courses, to have them tell me what to do, and perhaps think to themselves, "Hey, we have this "MOM" in the group and she doesn't have it together, yet. She's not successful like us yet."šŸ˜‘šŸ˜So I am so glad I found you. I am so enlightened by the way you are breaking this down for us, and so encouraged by how you have convinced me of the value that I still have to offer. Hey, world I am leaving my legacy. Like hell I am doing it! May we all in this group do the same.

I love how your husband walks past in background and you acknowledge him but keep the conversation with us going. Itā€™s real, unlike a lot of ā€œyoungerā€ presenters who would ā€œtantrumā€ and redo the video. Iā€™m in my 40s we need more women like you

While thinking of starting my own brand, I was hesitating but then my 50 yr old friend who is an architect lost his job in a company he has been working with for almost half of his life, I said to myself, this is why Iā€™m gonna start my own.
  • I am going to take a step today towards creating my personal brand at age 49, two months and 10 days.

I'm in Chalene! Turning 47 this year and I'm finally going to pull the trigger on posting videos. I left corporate after a 20+ year career in financial services because I started receiving the thought "remember who you are." That's definitely a journey I want to share b/c it might help others. Thanks for the awesome pep talk!!!

Iā€™ve never been motivated by ā€œmaking a differenceā€ for someone, but Iā€™ve always been relentless when someone asks me ā€œplease donā€™t give up on me.ā€

OMGOODNESS!!! I am 44years old and I can relate to this video so much. Iā€™m very creative. Iā€™m an expert in like 3 areas and have a serious interest in quite a few (4) more. I also started out wanting to be a lawyer and going to law school thatā€™s what I told EVERYONE, and also my desire to be an entrepreneur ALSO at an extremely early age around 15/16. My first business card at 15 was for braiding hair on the weekends and I had a pager number on that card.
  • @jessiejames3893
Chiiiiick!! Needed this as a 43yr old woman with a focus on helping women break the cycle of generational trauma, but finding myself bogged down by videos from millennials, no relatability and here you've been the entire time! I'm doing it!!! ā¤ā¤
  • @exclusiveala
I am a Nigerian lawyer, and I have just started my new law practice . I learnt a lot from this, and honestly, I subscribed because you were seriously persuasive.

I havenā€™t been consistent with creating my personal brand, but itā€™s something that Iā€™ve always wanted to do. In the last couple of years, I created a Facebook group, started a podcast, designed a journal (not published yet), and this year I was set to start a YouTube channel. I set the channel up and posted one short, but havenā€™t been consistent with it. I needed to hear this today. The seeds have been planted, I just have to tend to them. Itā€™s funny because my content is all about personal growth. Iā€™ve been putting it off because I feel like I havenā€™t been the best at setting a good example for my audience. But in the spirit of authenticity, personal growth is about the journey, the ups and the downs. I just need to be vulnerable enough to share my journey even if itā€™s not all wins. There is value in that too. Thank you for putting this message out there!! Now I am declaring to this comment section and the universe that this is my intention for 2024, starting now. For those of you struggling out there too, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!! I believe in you. We can do this and create a life we deserve!! ā¤ā¤

This resonates so much šŸ˜¢. Iā€™m going through this now at 43. Iā€™m good at so many things and canā€™t narrow it down. I have my hands in so many things right now that my business is struggling. I feel like I should be sharing my experiences with others through communication but something is stopping me.
  • @AutoFinanceSense
OMG I needed this very video! Thank you! I was a multi-brand dealership Finance Manager for well over a decade with stupid hours of my life given and now, I'm helping others to make Sense of the second part of the car buying transaction, the Dealership Finance Office. I need to hear more from positive people like you!!
