  • You got some yolk in your whites so it didnt fluff up as much as it should Also you put water and cover it so when the water evaporates the steam fills the pan which actually cooks the pancake from all sides (usually done when something is thick so it isnt raw in the middle after the crust is formed) hope this helped :)

    You had egg yolk in with the egg whites. You can’t have ANY yolk in the whites! If you do it again, the whites will whip up much fluffier and therefore give you a fluffier pancake

    You’re gonna wanna make sure to not leave any yolk in the egg whites otherwise they won’t be stable.

    Water when heated up produces steam. Which basically steams the top of the pancake and it kinda cooks it too
  • I have never seen two people mix some ingredients in such a way and the result came out so pleasant
