I just wish the proart px13 had a >60hz display. That would make it perfect.
  • Hey Josh and team. Love these more free flowing, not scripted streams/videos. Please do more or them!
  • @razorgcy
Apart from the other gremlins you guys faced in this stream, i'd love you to do something about the INSANE mic pickup of your coffee/water gulps. Something has never bugged me this much before, man it's as if my head is on your chest and we hear every gulp...
  • I found you only today thx YT search function about "AMD 370 Strix" :))) After watching this vid - instasubed ! And the speach from about 1h14m and next 1,5 minutes should be somewhere carved in rock for the next generations ! 😎👍
  • 46:20 It's getting more and more bizarre... 🙈 Josh is speaking like Zen5 is crushing everything, being amused how AMD delivers solid value with 0 marketing, meanwhile I'm literally looking at a graph where the 880M has the same performance as the previous generation 780M. What is happening
  • @Dr.Kreijger
I'm really ooking forward for a review of the refreshed Zephyrus G16. I really wonder if spending a bit more for the AMD Strix Point CPU version is worth it compared to getting a discounted Intel Core Ultra version.
  • @FierroSev
I was hoping these laptops would make the snapdragons obsolete, Amd delivered hard. Cant wait for this chip to go into a tablet and handhelds. Truly next gen.
  • @blueeyednick
these livestreams been crashing like intel's 13 and 14 gen
  • @leonardwise5807
I just received my pro art p16 32 gigs of ram and a 4060 for 1899. I think performance for price is the best of the SKUS. Hopefully, you will get it, Josh.
  • @AyoHues
Zen 5 landing where the community were expecting it to. The buzz turned out to be correct. Exactly the opposite to Snapdragon, as you’ve pointed out. A note of caution: this is putting Intel Arc in a very good light and the efficiency of the outgoing Intel generation hasn’t been embarrassed. Let’s see what Lunar Lake has to offer. If M4, Zen5 & Lunar Lake all deliver the goods, it’ll be the best time ever to buy a laptop.🙌🏽

11:00 Hahahah, Josh is a mind reader. I'm watching this video, nervously, on my Surface Laptop 7, and just checked meanwhile my return period on Amazon. I love this laptop for its build quality, and I will probably keep it for this reason, but man, a brand new product being obsoleted 1 month after release is NOT an easy pill to swallow.
  • @__aceofspades
While AMD did a good job, I absolutely am waiting for Intel's lunar lake as the battery life should be insane.
  • @blueeyednick
these dedicated 4050 gpus are bugging the hell out of me they are suffocating and killing the laptop's potential why cant they just put a strong enough graphics core in the apu

I honestly don't understand. I was expecting to see Zen 5 winning, and I'm 33 minutes in, but just getting more and more confused, because I'm looking at the graphs, and constantly feel like Josh is drawing conclusions I absolutely cannot see on the graph. Particularly at 33:20, Intel Ultra 7 actually looks quite good with that 21, better than the X Elite, and even supposedly beating the 2 of the 3 new Zen 5 data points. Not to mention that the older Ryzen actually has higher performance / watt values, and even the 3 data points for the Zen 5 are all over the place, with 16 (which is pretty bad), then 28, and then 20, for the same HX370 CPU. I just don't get it. :) Also btw, these new Asus laptops are very expensive. The base S16 costs 1700 euros in Germany, and the HX370 model costs I think 2200 euros. That's a gargantuan price hike from e.g. the 1200 euros base Surface Laptop model, and you still get way worse build quality, because Asus.
  • @geoffstrickler
Zen 5 is looking great. They’re crushing Intel’s options (stability issues aside), meeting or beating the Qualcomm X Plus/Elite, and are surprisingly close to Apple’s M3
  • @FoxxFire
Josh, I can't find this answer anywhere; do you happen to know, when the laptops with these chips (particularly the HX 370) running at a higher wattage (say the full 54w) are released, will the extra power only benefit the cpu, or will the gpu get more power, and thus more performance, as well? Thanks a lot for the help man.
  • @mphillips2110
Very intrigued by the zen 5. However, there's no way I'm supporting Asus with my hard earned money after how they've treated their customers who needed repairs or rma services over the past few years. Maybe when another hardware partner releases their amd laptop I'll consider getting one. Regardless, the near future is definitely a good time to be looking for a laptop. This also shows why competition is good for everyone.
  • @Bossmaney
Zenbooks are the only windows laptop that I’d be willing to buy.
