I realized that less than 2min of this video was about how to avoid overcooked salmon which basically was about baking it at 250 for 25min and the rest of the video was about the relish

We have salmon once a week. I have never baked it this way (250 degrees for 25 minutes0. I was skeptical. My goodness, the flavor and texture were wonderful. Best salmon and asparagus dinner ever. Thank you.
