Lower high blood pressure NATURALLY - 3 BEST METHODS

Published 2024-05-03
High blood pressure is the number one problem that can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Antihypertensive drugs are prescribed immediately, but there are natural methods to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of secondary diseases. One important approach is to change your diet. It is important to increase your intake of fruit, vegetables, wholegrain products and fish.

Another important step is to lose weight. Being overweight can increase blood pressure and even moderate weight loss can significantly improve blood pressure.

Salt reduction is also crucial. Too much sodium in the diet can cause the body to retain more fluid, which increases blood pressure. Reducing salt intake can help lower blood pressure.

Finally, regular physical activity is essential. Activities such as walking, swimming or cycling can lower blood pressure by strengthening the heart and improving blood circulation.

My bp was about 180/90 and around that and bounce around for years, doctors were fools. Everything they told me to do such as lots of green and variety of colours vegetables would increase my bp depending on the veg, I gave lots of information to doctors from my observation and then I joined the dots because doctors were not capable. Turns out toxic metals, and yes gut flora is important as dysbiosis can be a result of toxins.

Why have they kept lowering the “acceptable” blood pressure rates over the decades?

If I have a very sweaty workout daily for an hour, how much salt does that deplete? I’ve been doing this and having a low salt diet and it’s clearly a problem. I have headaches and fatigue. It’s only been a couple weeks, so I’m glad I figured it out already. I had a glass of warm water with a half teaspoon of salt and felt remarkably better in minutes. I’d love to have an idea how much salt I need after having keeping my heart rate over 150 for an hour.

I have good bp but when I get anxious it goes up and then I get nervous to check my bp and when I see it up it makes me more anxious and I can’t get it back to normal for a while cause then I get scared everytime I take my bp thereafter. It’s such a vicious cycle. Idk how to combat this
