Great video. The ego is a complicated thing and has many factors involved. We need to learn how to let things go and not worry about how others see us, while at the same time realizing that the opinions of others do matter because we can become deluded in our own life. Finding a balance between what others tell us, and what we know in our heart, we can live better lives and enjoy the time we have here. There will always be people who judge us, and more often than not the ones who judge the most fiercely are the ones who have the lowest self-esteem. People who are happy with their lives don't go around making fun of others.

Took some notes down while watching this video. You have a profound and gifted ability to pay attention and observe the subtleties, of the mind, body and personality while in action. I think deep down inside, no matter who we are(unless you have worked on yourself), behind the mask, and while having ''a break'' from the ego, we all feel in some way or another that we are hideous. Society has done this to ''all of us''. We carry great shame and embarrassment, in many areas of ourselves, until this is healed. Being oneself warts and all... Its only because culture and society values looks and loud obnoxious personalities, that those which do not poses such ''qualities'' are not considered to be acceptable or admirable. I myself would much prefer to spend an evening, with someone like yourself, then with Miss Venezuela Being single is not easy as a man when it comes to diet, I know all about this, Im not into cooking, cant actually do it, and also not cool to cook for a party of 1. Meals and food and are meant to be shared and enjoyed in the company of others. - Theres some further points I wrote down, but hard to put into text, perhaps will do an audio recording
  • look at it this way, how much do you think about others? I'm guessing not a lot. studies show that other people think about you a lot less than you realise
