Whats the Secret behind the likes of ADHD celebrities like David Goggins, Simone Biles, Richard Branson, Michael Phelps and Michael Jordan, being able to achieve the pinicales of success in their respective fields?

In this video I let you in on their secret, my personal experience implementing this secret and how you can use this information to pursue your own dreams.

Dopamine is the neurotransmitter in our brain that people with ADHD have less of, than the average person. This is why we have difficulties with our attention, motivation and lots of other things. Lucky for us, there is a way we can use this dopamine deficiency to our advantage by starting to get our dopamine from more healthy, sustainable places, instead of resorting to bindge-eating and being social media addicted. This can then make us a lot more successful and happy in the long-term.

Anyone else obsessed with the process of learning a system and coming up with plans, and then just not following through? Like, I've learned a ton hyperfocusing this way, but I fail to implement it into my own life. It's insane, I keep beating my head against the wall with plans and outlines and such.

Man I have always been an extremely deep thinker. Some people would call it overthinking. I am realizing all of us ADHDers are that. Great work brother 👍🏻. You’re channel is amazing👌

My problem is, I want to do 80 different things... and shortly after, I see too many cons in them, and then I don't want to any longer.. next day, completely different long term goal, repeat the process.. endless loop, its been 2 years now. I need help, something is wrong with my brain.. then I find this channel :) Hope! - Eric

It's really interesting to watch this video three years on from when you made it. I note that you've clearly changed your mindset about the "eat that frog" advice as here you're saying to do it because you have the energy, whereas one of your most recent videos you suggest avoiding that process and go for smaller, easier tasks which are quick wins to get the dopamine going in the brain. I think you're completely right with your newer advice and the older advice is less correct. It was just funny to see this after your most recent video. Great to watch though and I appreciate seeing how you've grown and evolved over the last three years, as well as how you've matured as a person. You're definitely more confident in yourself now when compared to this video, and I feel you've definitely found your forte in life with this content.

Yes! Can't hurt me by David Goggins is such an inspiring book! Glad you mentioned it :) Great tips by the way! Definitely helpful to us with ADHD.
  • I've never felt this good in a long time, hope is a powerful thing❤.

Why are people surprised? There is nothing more obvious than goggins is one of us😄 yes we get easily distracted but we have a lot of advantage to reach goals regular people won‘t. We can get very enthusiastic, don‘t fear to try new things, used to stand up and try again, widely interested, great at connecting things, hyper focus, very determined if we see a sense in it, fast and out of the box thinkers, etc. therefore all innovators have/had adhd. With innovators i don‘t mean only people like steve jobs, elon musk, etc. but also people like MJ who wasn‘t just one of the greatest basketball players but totally disrupted his industry.

The author literally lists the things that most people with ADHD have big problems with. When we set ourselves even the most specific and simple goals with deadlines, we almost always pull to the last, when we have almost no time left, and then we do everything super-fast under stress, hating ourselves for having to endure another hellish load due to procrastination. Or this is "eat the frog first." People with ADHD, is this really the first time you've heard about this? Have you really never tried to use it? Who had a positive result after such experiments? And who has another disappointment, frustration and feeling worthless? Many of us have already tried 100,500 times to use ALL the tips from this video. And we didn't get anything good from it, except bad, namely failure, demotivation, despondency and new proof that nothing helps us, and all attempts to fix something turn out to be a waste of energy.

these videos really help with my adhd like its so bad, and these videos helps a lot. so much so I sent your videos to my friend who also has adhd and it helped him too. do you have or if do you don't you should make a video about becoming not dependent on medication, its something that I've been struggling with for so long and I feel like you would really cover this topic well.

So, after watching this and getting to the David Goggins part, I went online and bought his book (as an e-book). After paying, I realised I'd bought the "clean" version DU'H!! I wanted the 'authentic' version, so I bought the e-book again, with the cursing :D Just another example of ADHD impulse, I should have noticed :D
