Yaknow, the thing I really like about this story arc is that it didn’t end with the black sheep being the best wool producer… just loving life. It’s not what we win at that makes us loveable.

"The good shepherd leaves the 99 to save the one." Amazing work!

This being made of paper and by stop motion, I can imagine it was so time consuming. Definitely a labor of love and beauty. ❤🐑

To one Lost Sheep, a Shepard is greater than the richest King. What a beautiful animation and beautiful little story!

Moral to the story: Just because you're different and feel like you're useless. Doesn't mean you actually are, if you go missing there will be someone that will cross hill or dale to find and bring you home. You're important to them.

Lovely little film I was struck most by the bravery, not just of the shepherd hanging over the abyss, but of the lamb to reach out with his only front leg.

This made me think of my horse I had as a kid. Still after these years, I still miss that mare. White appaloosa, named Moon.

Vincent van Gogh: "There is nothing more truly artistic than to love people." Keep up your great work!! The love with which you do this will travel far and deep!

Beautiful, I never cried so easily in my life, stunning story for a shepherd that loves and cares for all his sheep even for that little sheep 🥹♥️
  • So lovely. The animation, the story, the emotion portrayed by the sheep and the birds, all so well done. Good job!

There’s an old hymn, “The Ninety and Nine”. Beautiful song. I’m not religious, but I’m a shepherd, and I love that song. And this little film.
  • Did you notice that leap of faith which is needed to be rescued? I've loved it! ❤

Lukas, that was fantastic! I could not have stopped midstream if I’d wanted too. You are a talented man! Keep doing what you do. Such a lovely way to say millions, without uttering a word. BRAVO!

This is brilliantly done, so much story and emotion conveyed with no facial expression or words, just silhouette and montage. Such thought and craft was put into this short film, it’s a lovely work of art.

I love the sweet story of the shepherd who cares about his flock of sheep. And the little lamb who has a defective leg. The shepherd goes out to save him. Beautiful story.
