Sometimes lo-fi scares me... the weird tones and pitch changes that can be heard (especially at My Castle Town, Helynt) just make it a bit creepy. But its also relaxing. I don't know, guess im just a bit weird in general. Thanks for uploading this video, it actually helped me alot while making my appointment video despite the music being kinda creepy to me sometimes. Aw yeah, now this is my element! 0:00 Perfect to start of with Before the Story, and I'll be damned if this song didn't give me nostalgia after both the PS release of Undertale and the release of Deltarune. 1:31 I was awed to hear this song in game after Toby's performance of it at the end of the Undertale 5th Anniversary concert. Love the dips in the notes! 3:41 Good old Hip Shop, what an odd bop lol. 6:54 Ah yeah, talking down our enemies in style! 11:42 First chapter 2 song! And I mean let's be honest, Lost Girl was made for lo-fi. You don't just make an 80s prom song like that and not expect Lo-fi. 13:15 Oooh this percussion is cool, a real unique take on Field of Hopes and Dreams! It being made mostly of this part before the Don't Forget melody and letting those parts phase in and out creates a really nice effect. 16:15 Didn't think Quiet Autumn could go this hard- 18:18 This has such a dating sim feeling to it, like a Sayori-like character intro, or maybe for an area theme. Dating sim where you play as Susie? XD 20:15 Feels like a horror game menu theme I like it. Fitting for a creepy clown like Jevil. 25:39 NyxTheSheild makes some of the best remixes, this is such a badass remix of The Legend, love the strings in it. 29:11 Actually already listened to this Lo-fi remix but I'm doing it again! It feels like a villain theme for Spamton after he's already taken over the Cyber Dark World, and you have to sneak through his headquarters. Really love that on the beat Power of NEO part too, it works really well at this speed. 34:02 Darkness Falls is such an underrated song, and it's perfect for Lo-fi to give this feeling like you're floating in the void! The wind in this remix and the echoing really helps that. 35:42 Yooo and then it starts going hard! 36:43 Swing remixes are always fun, especially with the power of Friendship! (See what I did there? :P) 39:22 Well now the mixtape is even cooler. Driving around town with our specil beats! That muted bass and the percussion that come in are really nice to fill out the song. 42:18 Did- did they really just add a "Woo! Yeah!" to the song using Queen's noises? Perfection. 45:47 Rainy day at the Rouxls cafe, what's not to like? I wanna use this theme for the bar in the Castle Town. 52:11 Love the suspended synths in the background, gives the song a holy feeling that really fits it! 52:47 And this bit of Heartache that comes in is neat. 54:44 Who got Chrono Trigger in my Deltarune? Jkjk, really love this remix even if I've heard it before. The distortion on the melody works so well for the creepy ambience. 1:00:02 Ferris Wheel is underrated, such a fun song even if it is 8-bit Lost Girl. But the wobbly synths used for this are so cute. Honestly makes me think of Omori! 1:03:00 Really love the accented synths and piano in this cover, it's really energetic! 1:05:56 Ooo ok going for the vhs style for Into The City, I can vibe with it! It's like the City back in 1997! 1:08:33 Awww yeah, this is the kinda Hip Shop remix you listen to while cruising! 1:10:52 Nice Ralsei voice at the start, this one feels like exploring ancient ruins of the Castle Town! 1:14:32 And then right into its counterpart, My Castle Town! It's mostly the and with the piano, but the sound effects and percussion add a nice bit of depth. 1:16:00 Lantern is another underrated song. That creepy piano beginning leads perfectly into the remix, with those wavery synths, the fast percussion, and piano steadily playing the melody come together to portray this mysterious and powerful figure! 1:19:33 Damn, Save Point's got some bangers going for them. The chimes work beautifully, and everything builds up so well! Sound Studio's never been so chill! 1:22:58 Aww yeah, more smooth jazz Rude Buster! The swing really fits this song at a slower speed. 1:25:26 A much more upbeat version of Until Next Time. It even manages to have the glitchy intro, but not be creepy! 1:27:46 Before the Story feels like a credits theme now. :D 1:30:28 Hah, nice way to end it, just vibing on the error screen!
