I know this is meant to be a warm-up, but I am just starting with a BMI of 48. This is a good short workout to start with. I love the range of videos you have and look forward to progressing through them.

I used to just do this warmup before weight workouts but now I do it before my dance workouts too. It’s the best all around warmup in my opinion. 👏🏻
