We'll be doing standing movements, dynamic stretches and slowly getting that heart rate up for the workout ahead. This warm up is accessible for everyone because there is no jumping and no planks.     I know this is meant to be a warm-up, but I am just starting with a BMI of 48. This is a good short workout to start with. I love the range of videos you have and look forward to progressing through them.

    I used to just do this warmup before weight workouts but now I do it before my dance workouts too. It’s the best all around warmup in my opinion. 👏🏻
