Iām in heart failure and Iām trying to start working out to get healthier. I could only make it two minutes into the video. š Iāve been pausing it and then continuing it after I catch my breath and donāt feel light headed. Each day is a journey, but hopefully someday, I can make it through the whole video without pausing ā¤

I absolutely love this woman's teaching style. I am uncoordinated and get board easily, and her clear instructions and "No-Repeat" workouts (I absolutely HATE doing the same set for multiple reps) make working out so much more enjoyable. I feel I am rediscovering the joy of moving my body and the right instructor makes ALL the difference. Thank you and keep the standing/no-repeat workouts coming! And I love the background music!š„°

This is exactly what I need to get rid of the sluggish feeling and ease back into working out regularly again. Also, I WAY overate at supper and was feeling uncomfortable for two hours š and then I did this and feel AWESOME š¤©
