I could only make it two minutes into the video. šŸ˜­ Iā€™ve been pausing it and then continuing it after I catch my breath and donā€™t feel light headed.   • I absolutely love this woman's teaching style. I am uncoordinated and get board easily, and her clear instructions and "No-Repeat" workouts (I absolutely HATE doing the same set for multiple reps) make working out so much more enjoyable.
