The best way to describe Miguel is an antagonist; someone who is pushing the protagonist forward in growth. He isn't a villain, but he pushes Miles to grow fs.

I can't imagine what it's gonna feel like watching each movie back to back once the Spider-Verse saga is complete.

Congrats to the 1,000 animators who worked on this movie, hope they get a huge pay when the film releases

Shout out to Hobie Brown for Best Support! doing little but meaningful things for both Miles and Gwen throughout the film. Loved his character! really matched how he is as Spider-Punk, not blindly following orders.

I'll never forget when I went to watch Into the Spider-Verse expecting a little crappy mid Spidey movie, and getting out of the theater with it becoming my favorite Spider-Man movie over time. I thought a sequel would be unnecesary, but with all the trailers and reviews, I honestly think this could become my favorite film of 2023. AAAAAH SO EXCITED :)

I’m a film critic in Salt Lake City, Utah, and after we got out of our critic, screening, people were leaving the theater cheering and laughing and clapping like they had just been on a crazy roller coaster. I can’t wait to see it again!

This is one of the best movies ever made. Not a joke. Absolute masterpiece.

I was absolutely speechless once the credits rolled. The sheer artistry on display near drove me to tears at several points -- the powerhouse storytelling, the love for Spider-Man, and MY GOD, the drop dead gorgeous visuals. The animators outdid themselves by leaps and bounds this time. And the entire cast was fantastic, but Moore and Steinfeld killed it!

I agree I never wanted the movie to end. Each time I thought it might end I kept asking "a little more" until the end.

I just saw it. It's even much more of a love letter to Spider-Man than the first one. It respects the Spider-Man mythos while, without going into spoilers, is also basically a giant middle finger to the Marvel Comics editorial team for how they've run the Spider-Man comics for the past few years. It's both a love letter and a bold declaration of protest. I love it. My only gripe of the movie is that it definitely is Part 1 of a longer movie. The story is incomplete. This feels like Avengers Infinity War, basically.

I just got out of the theatre watching this movie... AND HOLY SH*T I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I JUST WITNESSED... Best Spiderman Movie On Top With Spiderman No Way Home... Finally some good writing with an actual story... 10/10 for me 🕷🕷🕷

Man i watched it yesterday and i can confidently say this is my favorite movie of the year so far, the emotion, the stakes, everything that had to do with his family, the way it takes it's time on a lot of the scenes, THE LEGO SPIDEY, THE CLIFFHANGER! LIKE HOW DID THEY MANAGE TO MAKE THIS ONE EVEN BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONE?!

I brought my mom when I saw the first Spider Verse. I was excited. She was not. She came out of that movie so excited for the potential of a sequel. We are going to see this for sure

I loved it soooo much. The artistic merit of this movie is unfathomable.

It doesn't hit theaters in my town until tomorrow, but I can't wait. The first movie was such a milestone in the history of animation. I just know this is going to be even better.

I loved how Spectacular Spiderman made an appearance in the movie. Even if it was a cameo when Miles meets the other spider people, I'm so happy to see that version of Spider-Man getting some recognition years after the show ended.

Damn the movie was so amazing. The fact that Gwen x Miles is literally already a Canon couple makes me wanna watch the part 2 of the movie so bad already!

I was on the edge of my seat for that entire film! I literally have nothing bad to say about that movie, and I 100% agree that this is one of the best sequels to one of the best comic book movies of all time. I don't want to wait until next year, but I can and will go see this multiple times in theaters.
