  • What do you think of tool #2? What does your cartoon character for anxiety look like?

I have never come across a better video about GAD before. So concise and profound. Short sentences that stayed with me, so I'm going to keep repeating them until I get there! Plus you gave so many helpful tools. Thank you so much, it helped me a ton. "Anxiety's gonna try to convince you that you need it to exist".

I feel so tired and don’t want to do anything, but the main thing every video says is to go do something. I can’t tell you how hard that is to do!
  • I have a huge fear of losing my mind and ending up in a mental hospital:( I have so many fears and thoughts that could happen.

TY! I have anxiety and now depression has set in the last 5 days. Even with anxiety, I could shower and function. This depression has been horrible. If I get my anxiety under control, I no longer have depression.

Ok wow, exactly ME. But i already do a lot of what is suggested. But it is hard to keep that "routine" up.
  • I feel so lucky for having found your channel, I love the clarity with which you explain all these notions that have such a tremendous impact on our lives and yet have been so hard for me to understand from other sources. Love the zen vibe I get from every video as well, so grateful to be able to listen and learn

Thank you. I was diagnosed with GAD this year. I've made some progress, but now want to begin cognitive behavioral therapy. This video is helpful and will take these tools to use. I usually get better results when listening to others, rather than trying to "figure it out" on my own. Much thanks.

What if Im not worrying about all the different problems? I only worry about one problem, why is my anxiety so severe and why do I feel it all the time
  • @chinestory2095

I'll be referring to this video over and over again. So many helpful tools. Nature is definitely my go to for anxiety reduction. Just started reading 'Breath' by James Nestor and the importance of correct, conscious breathing and I know that will definitely help me...just need to make it a habit.
