The 2024 Cybertruck Cyberbeast ($99,990 starting in the US) is possibly the most polarizing and most unique new vehicle on the market today. Sharp edges and acute angles along with an ultra-durable stainless steel exterior make for a truck like none other before it. But is it more than just a unique mars-rover looking novelty? And does the Cybertruck’s range live up to the expectations? Thomas and James are excited to take the new Cyberbeast on a not-so-mini Throttle House Road Trip. We hope you enjoy the episode! And then subscribe, silly.

I used to get my fingers smashed by doors constantly as a kid. It's good to see kids of the brighter generations will only make that mistake once.
  • The fact that i watched a 40 minute video on a vehicle i have no interest in whatsoever and throughly enjoyed it is a testament to the greatness of this channel 😂

imagine in a collision, the full on tension of metal panel release upon its "enemies", what a great idea for a car will mostly be driving around neighbourhoods and grocery stores.

This is what happens when you are hell bent on breaking industry rules and norms, but never stopped to ask why those were there in the first place.

Damn that fridge to fender transition was SLICK.
  • @zinkist
Whoever is the Editor for this video did a shockingly good job. I get the impression that you hired a long-time industry Professional to be the Editor. This is Retired-Hollywood-Cinematographer level of work & storyboarding. Gawd dang.

Thank you for letting me know that I am wasting my time being envious if I see one on the road. The correct emotion should be sympathetic
  • I don’t understand how Pop Up Headlight’s were discontinued due to pedestrian safety of the lights being “sharp”, but then allows Tesla to make a damn Knife on wheels in the name of cutting edge technology (pun intended) that can slice a small hand.

The fact the only rear view becomes unusable in poor driving conditions is nuts. This car cost almost as much as my house and you can’t even reliably see behind you in it. If I was to ever spend 100k on a vehicle Id want it to do everything a regular car can do and more. Not a bunch of fancy things at the expense of basic essential functions like being able to see what’s going on around you

You say it's not about "ugly" but holy shit is it ugly.
  • "To the safety that is Fresno" is a wild statement to hear for anyone who has spent any amount of time in Fresno.
  • @hananas2
3:40 if magnets stick to it, that means it's a low grade of stainless steel and won't last under harsh conditions
  • This is hands down the only channel that can do a 40 min review and make us watching the entire of it . Number one channel on YouTube for cars.

Having a big TV screen nailed right on the dashboard and having to see it while driving is a big no go.

The kind of people who buy this thing, will deserve it

Pointing at the garbage can when introducing it and the constant kicking has me rolling 🤣🤣
  • @qrowing
Not a car guy, but this video was genuinely so good. This bit at 20:10 had me cracking up. "Those things aren't on any planet! So its built for every other planet but this one!"

    So it's a $100,000 iPad docking station?
