  • 2 years and it is still amazing.. 150 SR is perfect for me... The ER was way too much... I have a great diet and stay on schedule... I work out daily.. This is a must... I'm going on 55 and wellbutrin saved my life.

I just started Wellbutrin last week and looking forward to this journey. My energy levels have been great and I’m already getting less brain fog. But at same time, I started prepping myself to make changes other than the meds. I disconnected from social media which I will do for awhile, no dating, more gym time and I’m hitting the vitamin supplements and eating better. I just turned 40 and was extremely resistant to medication and just tried therapy hoping I could do all this on my own and “fix it” but finally realized I’ve had years and years of issues that require medication to get to a better place. Thank you for these videos. They are really helping me educate myself.

The stuff sucks. It's a horrible feeling. More agitated, no patience at all , more depressed than ever. I threw them out. They even ruined my taste buds. I couldn't taste my food. And the everyday feeling was horrible.

Thanks for being so forthcoming regarding your journey to complete wellness & road to healing & recovery!!! You can do it!!!!🤗😇😄
  • Your examples were excellent. Symptoms do happen unfortunately for most people and usually subside. I had vivid dreams for a week. Agitation for two weeks. Chest pain for two weeks. It helped my sleep tremendously! With my depression, i was waking at 9/10 am. Now I'm waking at 5/6am. I lost 10 lbs in my first month then it tapered. I believe the weight loss was due to being more active. And yes, Wellbutrin made me want it in the bed EVERY NIGHT

Thank you so much for this video ❤ You can't even imagine how it can help someone in the same situation as I am now. Wish you all the best and hope that everyone will find his own way to better life without depression.

Wellbutrin was amaze-balls for me in the first month. It shot me out of depression and blew out the shadows from my brain like a hurricane. Didn't make me euphoric or happy - my life circumstances didn't change, but now I could handle them. My mental energy turned around from 20% of the day to 100%. Sleep was a deep restful 7-8 hours, and that has been that way since I started. Experienced 0 side effects like tinnitus, sensitivity to light or a shorter fuse (anger). Wellbutrin's effects started to taper off in the 3rd month. Now in month 8, I have a new baseline of mood and mental acuity. Not as crazy-high as month 1, but still much much better than pre-Wellbutrin. Complementing Wellbutrin with exercise, nutrition and TMG/Curcumin/Vitamin B/magnesium/Omega 3 supplements. No caffeine after 1 pm.

This was SOoooo HELPFUL!!!! I just started on Wellbutrin. I was having those muscle jerks and didn't know it was this medication.
  • Thank you for saying that because I experience taking Wellbutrin and filming something right away to any other psych meds that I ever been on that was the first medication that I started to feel different things on until I got to a place where I was okay
  • It took me about 45-60 days to feel anything. After 3-4 month couldn't be happier with effects

I started watching your video playlist from the bottom up. So far you are right on about everything . This is only one week of my meds and hoping I'll get my energy back one day soon. Thanks again. 😊

Thanks for sharing. I’m just starting on bupropion today and it sounds like your issues were similar to mine. My main problem is lack of energy which makes me sleep too much, struggle to wake up and have no motivation during the day. My sexual interest is also quite low normally so would be great if this helps with that. This video made me hopeful! I really hope that it will work for me as well!
