Very well researched video, I can tell that this is a passionate project of yours and I can respect that I made my own video on this World Cup about 9 months ago, more focused on the tournament itself (as this video seems to be more about the situation in Argentina while the World Cup was going on rather than an investigation on the tournament) and I think it's pretty important to highlight that the match fixing is all conspiracy, no evidence has ever been found about it and while it all looks very shady from the outside, the amount of missunformation has led people to assume this World Cup was fixed without looking more into it, I watched all the games for my video and I found nothing particularly strange about them (even the game against Peru, the Preuvians played well in the first half, having two clear chances when the game was 0-0) and nobody seems to mention that Argentina had beaten Peru comfortably in their 4 previous meeting showing that it wasn't an impossible task to beat Peru with enough motivation and playing at home. And even the final with Rensenbrik hitting the post in the 90th minute which could have given the Dutch a World Cup and nobody would be talking about match fixing. Anyway, sorry for the wall of text, thank you for talking about this and I hope more people start to respect Argentina and it's accomplishments!

Great documentary, thank you very much, man! I think there were three other scandals, all meant to keep away the big opponents. First, the best player in the world at the time, Johan Cruyff, received multiple threats of assassination for himself and his family , so he had to stay away and not join the Netherlands' team to the cup🤬. Second: in the Brazil-Sweden game when Brazil scored the winning goal from a corner kick at the 90th minute, the referee disallowed it claiming he blew the whistle while the ball was in the air😂. And third: the last group games always played simultaneously, but in this cup the Argentina game was scheduled after other matches, so they would know the required aggregate. Don't get me wrong, that Argentina team was one of the best ever, but the tournament's outcome had Videla and Kissinger hands all over it. Thanks again.
