Police had taken picture 1/2 hour before shooting of suspicious person holding rangefinder. When attendees pointed out guy on roof, Secret Service had 86 seconds to respond.

Secret Service has lost its lustre. They won't ever be mentioned in Hollywood movies, unless it's a comedy. This one incident, with no one taking responsibility for the fiasco, will live on to tarnish the organization that was once considered highly respected. Now we know they're just a joke
